Description
The Heated Tube is intended to be used with the Philips Respironics System 60 Series CPAP Machine. The tubing should not be used with any other CPAPs or Bi-Levels that are not made by Philips Respironics.
The Philips Respironics System One device incorporates a room temperature and humidity sensor with a temperature sensor at the end of the Heated Tube to deliver the selected level of humidity to the patient while preventing rainout(condensation build up that tends to trickle into the patient’s face while using the CPAP). Since you can prevent rainout, you can use higher levels humidity for those that struggle with extreme dryness!
Humidification is now more personalized with the System One Heated Tubing as it allows the patient to select their preferred humidity and temperature levels throughout the night, regardless of changing room conditions.
