Jinny joined the Coastal Sleep team in May 2017 and takes care of front end duties for the Surrey office. She comes from a background in the food industry with a Diploma in Food Technology and has 8 years of customer service and hospitality experience. Jinny is fluent in both English and Korean; she believes communication is the key to delivering exceptional customer service and hopes to become fluent in American Sign Language.
